Document Delivery Service (DDS)

To retrieve your document(s), please follow these instructions:

• Enter your complete e-mail address (e.g., gstudent@ucdavis.edu).
• Enter your PIN number (sent to you in your e-mail notification).
• Click the LOGIN box.

You must have a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to read your document. If you do not have one, you will need to download and install it.

After logging in, you will see a list of your available documents. To view a document, click on the document link. The system will automatically remove your document after it is viewed 5 times or after 30 days have passed since you received your e-mail notification, whichever comes first.

Every time you click on the "document link", the system will utilize one of your tokens to view the document.
